OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATOR

WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

Utilise your skills in this varied role, providing exceptional service to brokers and customers and ensuring effective administration throughout the life of their agreements.

The practical bits

Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. You will work onsite 5 days a week during probation to embed training, and can then work from home up to two days a week post-probation.

What your day will look like

  • Handling telephone inquiries customers and brokers promptly and professionally.
  • Completing all required administration including proposal loading, Direct Debits, change of details, and preparation of payments.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Completing searches and supplier validations for new agreements
  • Using Salesforce to communicate with our introducers and clients, responding to queries within agreed service level agreements.

What we are looking for

  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proven administration skills with IT proficiency.
  • Effective communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Numerate and accurate with a good eye for detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be helpful, but is not a requirement.
