We are looking for an Operations Administrator on a 6 month fixed term contract to focus on accurate proposal loading and data entry, supporting the team with essential admin tasks as needed. There’s scope to learn new processes and take on extra responsibilities as you develop in the role. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the asset finance industry. You’ll receive full training, work alongside supportive colleagues, and develop valuable skills for your future career.

What Your Day Will Look Like:

  • Loading proposals accurately into our systems.
  • Completing data entry and related admin tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Supporting searches and supplier validations as needed.

The practical bits:

Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Full-time is preferred, but we’re happy to discuss part time options if that is needed. You’ll work onsite during training, then can work from home up to two days a week once you’re self-sufficient.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Evidence of good organisational and administrative skills (from education, work, or other experience).
  • Quick and accurate data entry skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident using a computer.
  • Previous administrative and/or data entry experience in an office setting would be an advantage.
