We have big ambitions, but we are not a huge company – and that is our strength. You will have genuine exposure to ExCo and the Board, and the variety of sectors and asset classes we lend into means no two days are ever the same.
Your relationship with your line manager will be built on mutual trust and respect – no micromanagement here.
This is a pure broker relationship management role: no cold calling, just the opportunity to nurture a warm portfolio of established brokers while developing new and under-served relationships.
