Kelso service provides support to 10 unique individuals with varying needs and abilities. They receive different levels of support with hours to suit personal requirements enabling them to maintain their tenancies and to live enjoyable lives. Your main duties will be but not limited to:
- Working with colleagues as part of an effective and efficient team to support vulnerable service users.
- Communicate and work well with individuals to provide individual care and maintain appropriate relationships.
- Carry out tasks in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Being responsible in supporting individuals throughout the activities, giving positive feedback and encouragement.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records using a tablet on Ark's Information Management system.

- Enhanced Overtime: Any hours worked by a Support Worker over full-time contractual hours will be eligible to an enhanced rate.
