Ark invites applications for a Care & Support Manager in our Young People's Transitions Service, with posts based in Perth and Blairgowrie. You will lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred support to young people as they move into adulthood, in partnership with families, education providers and health and social care colleagues.
This is a hybrid role, 30 hours per week, with potential for additional hours as the service grows.
