A private equity-backed business operating in the TMT sector is seeking a seasoned Head of M&A to lead their acquisitive growth strategy. Reporting into the CFO, and working closely with the CEO and wider C-suite, the Head of M&A will be responsible for shaping strategy and leading the full M&A lifecycle - from origination and commercial assessment through to execution and integration.
