Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Project Manager role based in Haverhill. The Site Project Manager will oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing schedules and resources, monitoring progress, and resolving site issues. The role involves conducting regular site inspections, maintaining accurate documentation and reports, and communicating effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams. The Site Project Manager will also support cost control, risk management, and adherence to regulatory and company policies.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating commercial construction projects.
  • Experience as an Expeditor and in Expediting activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services to site.
  • Strong Inspection skills to oversee workmanship, safety compliance, and quality control on construction sites.
  • Proven Logistics Management capabilities for organizing site deliveries, storage, and resource allocation.
  • Relevant construction management or engineering qualification, or equivalent experience in commercial construction.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
  • Effective communication, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to lead site teams, make decisions under pressure, and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Proficiency with construction project management software and basic MS Office tools.
  • Experience managing projects of significant value or complexity is an advantage.
