We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Operations Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership across administration, operational support services, and catering within Ark Elvin Academy. In this pivotal role, you will lead and develop operational teams, fostering a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring academy resources, systems, and services are delivered efficiently and effectively to support excellent educational outcomes. You will also work closely with colleagues across the wider Ark network, including Ark Central and partner academies, contributing to the development of high-quality systems and sharing best practice.
