Ark Start is seeking an Area Manager to lead a group of nurseries across North London and beyond.

You will support Nursery Managers to deliver outstanding early years provision, safeguarding, curriculum, and staff development while driving regional improvement and efficiency.

You will shape a culture where colleagues thrive, children flourish, and families feel valued, with a strong focus on governance, Ofsted readiness, and continuous improvement across multiple sites.
