Ark is seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our IT Team to support the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused IT support across schools within the Ark IT service cluster.

You will work closely with Onsite and Senior Technicians, developing your technical skills and confidence while contributing to day-to-day support activities.

You will assist with devices across Windows, mac OS and Chrome OS, fix common issues, manage tickets and help maintain service standards onsite.
