About the role:
We are recruiting an exceptional team of staff to support the next stage of development of a genuinely transformational school. The successful candidate will join a very strong history department and will work collaboratively to shape history provision, embed the school vision, and develop an outstanding school that empowers students to take responsibility and drive their own destiny.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow with the school, supported in their development and preparation for future roles. Teaching experience is not mandatory; we welcome applications from NQTs and experienced candidates. We will support every staff member with coaching, mentoring, and access to extensive training networks.

We are a new, non-selective, non-denominational secondary school opened in Ealing in September 2021. We deliver a challenging curriculum in a calm, purposeful environment with great teaching, outstanding behaviour, kindness, and respect for all students.
Ark Soane Academy is part of Ark, one of the UK’s most successful school groups, with 39 schools across the country. Our school opened with 180 students in September 2021 and now has 540 students in Years 7-9, growing by 180 students annually to full capacity by 2028.
