About the role:
As a key member of the department\’s senior leadership team, the Training and Improvement Manager will shape strategy, core values, and improvement plans. The role involves leading EdTech training programs, managing a training calendar, and ensuring effective training delivery to contribute to Arkβs success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Systems Support Team and PMO to drive improvements
- Engage with schools and stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and recommend strategies to the SLT
- Manage training resources and deliver training sessions, especially related to Bromcom MIS implementation
- Mentor the systems support team and develop training strategies to improve customer experience
- Support change management initiatives within the team
Key requirements:
- Degree level education
- Proven leadership in training and development, preferably within an educational setting
- Expertise in Bromcom MIS
- Experience in strategic planning and senior leadership collaboration
- Strong mentoring and communication skills
- Data analysis skills and understanding of educational projects
