Vacancy: Training and Improvement Manager

Location: West London – currently operating an agile working policy with two core days (Mon and Weds) in the office

Contract: Permanent

Pattern: Full Time (standard hours 9am – 5.30pm)

Salary: Β£40,000 to Β£55,000 (depending on experience)

About the role:

As a key member of the department\’s senior leadership team, the Training and Improvement Manager will shape strategy, core values, and improvement plans. The role involves leading EdTech training programs, managing a training calendar, and ensuring effective training delivery to contribute to Ark’s success.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborate with the Systems Support Team and PMO to drive improvements
  2. Engage with schools and stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities and recommend strategies to the SLT
  3. Manage training resources and deliver training sessions, especially related to Bromcom MIS implementation
  4. Mentor the systems support team and develop training strategies to improve customer experience
  5. Support change management initiatives within the team

Key requirements:

  1. Degree level education
  2. Proven leadership in training and development, preferably within an educational setting
  3. Expertise in Bromcom MIS
  4. Experience in strategic planning and senior leadership collaboration
  5. Strong mentoring and communication skills
  6. Data analysis skills and understanding of educational projects
