Ark is seeking a Junior IT Technician to join our IT Team, delivering high-quality, customer-focused IT support across Ark’s network of schools.
You will work with Onsite and Senior Technicians, building technical skills and confidence while handling day-to-day support activities.
Based at Pontefract with multi-site working, you’ll diagnose and resolve issues, manage tickets to SLA targets, support Windows, mac OS and Chrome OS devices, and assist with classroom technology and AV equipment.
