Ark is seeking a Junior Onsite IT Technician to support across multiple schools within the Ark IT service cluster. You will log and manage incidents, provide frontline IT assistance, and maintain systems across Windows, macOS, ChromeOS, and Microsoft 365. Training and progression are encouraged as you work with senior technicians and network teams.
The role operates Monday to Friday with flexible hours within the 07:00–18:00 window, based in Birmingham on a permanent, full-time basis.
