Ark is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead IT service delivery across multiple schools. You will govern performance, drive continual service improvement and engage senior stakeholders to ensure services enable teaching and operations.
You will report to the Head of IT Services and support Cluster IT Managers while coordinating with central IT teams and strategic partners across the Ark network.
