About The Role
You will be instrumental in our vision: “At Ark Kings Academy, every individual will develop the character to thrive in life, education and employment.” The Family Liaison Officer will work closely with pupils, families, school staff and external agencies to promote positive school attendance, improve communication between home and school, and support families in overcoming barriers to education. The postholder will play a key role in safeguarding and ensuring that all children have access to their entitlement to a full‑time education. To contribute to a workplace culture which has safeguarding and child protection at its heart.
