Teachers and leaders expect all pupils to achieve well and to behave well. Pupils meet these expectations. Pupils and adults get on well and they work together in a culture of respect and kindness. From the beginning of nursery, pupils in the primary phase are taught how to look after themselves and to understand their feelings and those of other people.
