Ark St Alban’s Academy in Birmingham is seeking an HLTA to provide specialist support and targeted interventions to pupils. You will work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment and drive progress for students from diverse backgrounds.

The role involves planning 1:1 and small-group sessions, supporting SEND/EAL pupils, and contributing to IEPs in collaboration with the SENCO. A degree, HLTA training, and relevant classroom experience are essential.
