Ark St Alban’s Academy in Birmingham is expanding its pastoral care provision for pupils with SEN/D. The role involves working with pupils in and outside the classroom, supporting curriculum learning, guiding interventions, and coordinating between teachers, parents and the wider pastoral team.
The successful candidate will demonstrate passion for raising achievement of vulnerable pupils, and the ability to develop specialist SEN/D skills.
