Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Fire, Health professional to ensure product roadmap execution. Drive waste reduction, lean operational practices, and continuous improvement. Support marketing activity (blogs, webinars) by utilising team expertise. Manage the function using the company’s operating system (e.g., EOS). Maintain operational excellence through strong utilisation, quality, compliance, and margin performance.
Practical Requirements:
- A minimum of one or more of the following: MIIRSM, CMIOSH.
- Experience of change management as we scale up.
- Have a good understanding of operations.
- Excellent people management experience and experience of leading large multiskilled teams, open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Effectiveness and professional services management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
