Ark Workplace Risk is a consultancy and software company delivering operational risk, compliance and safety solutions to major and global organisations, predominantly within the residential and commercial property sector.
As a member of the Customer Success Team, you will report to the Head of Customer Success and act as trusted advisor and problem solver to mid-to-large clients, supporting the implementation and ongoing management of safety programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Designing reports and predictive analytics for clients.
- Undertake gap analysis of processes for improvement.
- Preparation of technical proposals, schedules and client interactions.
- Respond to technical concerns and problems, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing management.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to explain technical matters, products and implementation schedules, and take briefs as required.
- Work with the software support team to achieve client operational and strategic goals.
- Stay up to date with new capabilities, features and product launches and provide valuable product feedback to management.
- Support the onboarding of new clients and develop client relationships.
- Complete administrative tasks on Ark internal systems.
- Prepare and pull off reports using Microsoft programs and internal systems for internal and external use.
- Manage and report on the company CRM system.
- Proactively review and follow up on client proposals on behalf of the Customer Success team.
- Create and issue client proposals and quotations.
- Proactively follow up to request information to ensure that the full picture is available to internal teams and clients when required.
- Confidently ask questions and raise queries within the wider business.
- A qualification in H&S and/or Fire Safety, including membership of a recognised industry body (e.g., IOSH).
- A strategic and goal-oriented mindset with the ability to lead, engage and manage client accounts and delivery programmes.
- An ability to convey information and simplify it for clients.
- An ability to learn new topics quickly.
- A passion to succeed, and a love of winning.
- Drive to build successful client portfolios and deliver the Gold Standard of service and solutions.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a client-facing role that included advising clients on health, safety and fire safety objectives on a programme level.
- Experience with taking a requirement and preparing a proposal through to brief across complex assignments.
