The opportunity: The exciting opportunity, ideal for an aspiring pastoral senior leader, is a key role within the academy. The Dean of Students is responsible for day-to-day behaviour management within the small school. The role will work alongside the Assistant Principal to ensure that pastoral needs for students in their small school are met, including working with students, parents and stakeholders alike.
