Job Summary
Role: Head Veterinary Nurse
Location: Ark Veterinary Surgery (Mobberley and Northwich)
Hours: Full time (39 hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Advocating and driving nurse consults and clinics
- Managing the smooth day-to-day running of the practice
- Supporting and coaching our SVN's
- Being a point of contact for the nursing team
- Ensuring the maintenance and repair of equipment

You will be working with a fantastic team of Vets, RVN's, SVN's and Receptionists who are passionate and dedicated to providing the highest standard of care. We have a caring, sympathetic and professional approach working closely with our patients and clients, this is reflected in all that we do.
About You
We are looking for someone reliable and ambitious with excellent communication, patient and client care standards, that has great attention to detail. This role would suit an RVN who is ready to take a step up in responsibility or an experienced Senior/Lead or Head Nurse looking for a better work/life balance. The ideal candidate would be someone who can lead their team with a positive and motivating style.
