The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role is full‑time, 40 hours a week across 5 days with a share in the 1 in 3 Saturday morning rota. Part‑time and flexible applications are considered.

Ark Veterinary Centre – Long Eaton is a well‑established practice with a dedicated team and a range of modern facilities including digital X‑ray, dental X‑ray, ultrasound, endoscope, separate cat & dog wards and in‑house labs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding care to animals and their owners.
  • Lead surgical and medical cases, carrying out diagnostic investigations with precision.
  • Continually develop clinical skills and manage or lead different case types.
  • Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Create a positive, reassuring client experience that builds trust and long‑lasting relationships.
  • Operate with clinical autonomy, handle a varied caseload, guide the wider team and contribute to shaping clinical standards.
