- Shadowing leadership: You’ll work closely with an experienced manager, learning how to set up routines, lead teams and deliver the curriculum.
- Hands-on responsibility: You’ll step into room leadership, developing an understanding of what children and teams need at different moments of the day. While based in one setting, you’ll also gain experience in other Ark Start nurseries, discovering different teams and approaches.
