About The Role
Ark St Alban’s Academy is seeking a full-time Administrator to join our team. This role is permanent, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30, term time only plus two weeks.
Salary: Ark Support Pay scale, Grade 5 point 5-12 (£25,583 – £28,598). Actual salary range: £24,449 – £27,331.
As our new Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide exceptional education to every young person, regardless of background. You will thrive in a fast-paced school environment, bringing order to busy systems and delivering outstanding service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing key documents and databases
- Supporting communications
- Ensuring smooth operations
We are looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Confident communicating with staff, pupils, and visitors
- Diligent with data and accurate with detail
- Warm, professional, and calm under pressure

- Committed to safeguarding and supporting young people
- Ability to communicate in additional community languages (e.g., Arabic, Urdu, Somali) is desirable
