About The Role: We are recruiting an exceptional team of staff to support the next stage of development of a genuinely transformational school. The successful candidates will join a very strong Maths department and will work collaboratively to shape Maths provision at the school, embed the school vision and develop an outstanding school that empowers students. Teaching experience is not a determining factor; applications from NQTs as well as more experienced candidates are welcome. We will develop every staff member with one-to-one support, coaching and mentoring and access to extensive network training.

About Us
We are a new secondary school in Acton which opened in 2021. We will have 900 students in Years 7-11 from September 2025 and will be launching our GCSE programmes for the first time. Ark Soane seeks to redefine what is possible in education through a highly academic curriculum and an aspiration-raising ethos to transform outcomes in a highly deprived community.
