Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintenance and preparation of payroll for external clients.
- Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of payroll payment in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Generate payroll reports.
- Filling of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and generating IR8A, Appendix 8A and 8B.
- Filling of government paid leave - maternity, paternity and childcare.
- Liaise with government agencies on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements.
- Handle clients' leave and claim management in accordance with clients' policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
- Handle clients' HR and payroll queries.
- Support clients' HR on HR software.
- Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned.
Requirements
- Possess Diploma in Business/HR or related discipline with one to two years of work experience in payroll management.
- Strong and up to date knowledge of payroll, HR policies, employment regulations, legislation and best practices.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge on WhyzeHR will be an advantage.
