Are you an experienced PAS professional looking to play a key role in shaping the future of digital healthcare? We're partnering with what is probably the fastest growing EPR and PAS provider who are seeking a PAS Implementation Specialist to lead the deployment and optimisation of a next-generation Patient Administration System across healthcare providers throughout the UK.
This is a highly visible role where you'll work directly with customers, delivery teams and software engineers to ensure successful implementations, drive product adoption and influence future product development.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading PAS implementation and deployment activities from planning through to go-live
- Acting as the primary implementation resource, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard
- Working closely with customers to understand requirements and support successful adoption of the solution
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to prioritise enhancements and resolve issues
- Supporting pilot deployments of new functionality and capturing feedback to inform future development
- Producing training materials, implementation documentation and best practice guidance
- Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes and product capabilities
- Representing the business at industry events, forums and customer meetings
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience implementing PAS solutions within an NHS Trust, healthcare organisation or healthcare software vendor
- Strong understanding of patient administration workflows and operational processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
Technical Experience - Nice to have, not crucial
- SQL and database knowledge
- Linux exposure
- HL7 and/or FHIR experience
- Experience working alongside software development teams
