Ark Oval Primary School is seeking an HR Officer to provide proactive HR services across the academy. You will manage payroll and data, maintain SCRs, advise on HR policies and prepare correspondence from standard templates, while supporting disciplinary, appraisal, induction and safeguarding processes.
You will work with the academy's People Business Partner and Ark Central HR to promote best practices, ensure Ofsted standards, and support staff across the Ark network.
