Description of the post:
The Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) plays a key role in supporting pupils' academic progress, behaviour and emotional wellbeing. We are seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our primary team on a fixed-term basis for one year. This role is central to supporting pupils to develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation and readiness for learning. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff, SEND and pastoral teams to ensure that all pupils, particularly those with additional needs, receive the support they require.
