We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Headteacher (SENDCo & Inclusion Lead) who is relentless in their commitment to ensuring every child, regardless of need or background, is supported and challenged to achieve their full potential. This is a key leadership role, and we are looking for an individual with the vision, expertise and determination to drive inclusive practice and raise outcomes for pupils with SEND and additional needs across the school. You will combine strategic leadership with a strong track record of impactful teaching, ensuring consistently high-quality provision that enables all pupils to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.
