Ark Academy is seeking a passionate, proactive and academically confident Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), with a particular focus on KS4 STEM subjects including Maths and Science. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and the Inclusion team to support pupils both within mainstream lessons and through targeted intervention provision. The role will involve supporting pupils to build confidence, retain key knowledge and access the GCSE curriculum successfully.
