About The Role
KS5 Maths Lead Teacher
Reports to: Head of Maths
Start date: January 2026
Salary: £39,739 – £51,545 (Ark Main Pay scale AM1-AM6) + TLR 2A (£3,389)
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Friday, 17th October 2025
The Role:
• To design, develop and lead the Academy’s Maths provision at Key Stage 5, including Further Maths.
• To secure outstanding pupil progress in Maths at Key Stage 5.
• To coordinate the Maths team delivering at Key Stage 5 to ensure that the curriculum is engaging, challenging and inspire pupils to appreciate the subject and its application.

• Effectively synthesise and communicate key ideas.
• Collaborate with the Maths department to develop the curriculum.
