We are seeking a committed and inspiring Deputy Head of Science to help lead a high-performing Science department and drive exceptional outcomes for pupils.
About the role:
In this role, you will shape and deliver an ambitious curriculum, model outstanding teaching, and use data intelligently to secure rapid progress across Key Stage 3 and beyond. You will coach and develop teachers, lead on assessment and curriculum design, and contribute to a purposeful, supportive school culture rooted in high expectations.
