To provide high-quality care and education for children in our Early Years setting, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment that supports their holistic development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Key Responsibilities:- Support excellent teaching and learning inside and outside the classroom.
- Carry out interventions that support children's learning and development.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
- Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities and interactions that encourage curiosity, creativity and problem-solving in line with the EYFS framework.
- Maintain a vigilant approach to safeguarding, ensuring children's welfare is always the highest priority.
- Ensure all children feel valued and included, promoting equality, diversity and positive attitudes to learning.
- Maths and English GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above.
- Right to work in the U.K.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent (desirable).
