The Supporter Engagement Manager position is a pivotal role in the Public Fundraising team, responsible for driving growth in our Individual Giving programme through a mix of acquisition and retention campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in the Individual Giving programme through acquisition and retention campaigns.
- Key internal relationships include the Head of Supporter Engagement and the Fundraising management team.
- Work closely with the Fundraising Data Manager and the Community Engagement Manager on collaborative income generation and supporter engagement activities.
- Shape Individual Giving and supporter cultivation strategies aimed at increasing our Cash and Regular Giving supporter base.
- Manage Individual Giving income streams, including cash appeals, regular giving (including door-to-door recruitment), hospice lottery, challenge events, legacies and supporter care.
- Focus on digital fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in stewardship and donor care, with experience managing Individual Giving income streams.
- Dedicated, organised and experienced Individual Giving specialist with proven expertise in supporter stewardship.
- Proactive, hands-on team player who thrives in a dynamic environment.
