As Ark continues to grow, we want to invest in developing great people from the very beginning of their recruitment careers. We don't believe you need previous recruitment experience to become a great recruiter. We're much more interested in your attitude, personality and what you're capable of.

Are you ambitious? Are you resilient? Can you talk to people? Are you willing to learn? Do you want to build a career where your progression and earnings are ultimately in your own hands? If the answer is yes, we can teach you recruitment. We'll give you the training, technology, coaching and support you need to turn that potential into a career.

Who are we looking for? You don't need recruitment experience. You don't even necessarily need a degree. We're interested in people from different backgrounds who have the right attitude and want an opportunity to build something for themselves. For us, the most important things come back to our three values:

  • Ambitious: You want to progress, earn well and build a successful career.
  • Resilient: Recruitment has highs and lows. You'll hear no. Things will go wrong. We want people who can learn from it, pick themselves up and go again.
  • Kind: You can be competitive and commercially driven while still treating people properly. That's incredibly important to us.

We're also looking for people who are confident, coachable, competitive, curious and comfortable picking up the phone and talking to people.
