About the Opportunity:
This is an opportunity to join a growing private jet brokerage in a pivotal operational role, supporting the delivery of high-value charter flights for UHNW and corporate clients. Working closely with the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full post-sale process, ensuring every charter is executed seamlessly from confirmation through to completion. This role offers a genuine entry point into private aviation, with full training provided and clear progression opportunities into both sales and operational leadership positions. You will be joining a collaborative and fast-paced team where attention to detail, responsiveness, and client experience are critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the full lifecycle of charter bookings from confirmation through to completion
- Coordinating aircraft availability, permits, slots, and handling arrangements with global operators
- Monitoring flights in real time and proactively managing any changes or disruptions
- Acting as a key liaison between sales, operators, suppliers, and clients
- Supporting the sales team to ensure seamless delivery of booked charters
- Preparing and managing all trip-related documentation including contracts, invoices, and itineraries
- Coordinating suppliers such as FBOs, ground transport, and catering providers
- Ensuring all flights are delivered in line with safety, regulatory, and company standards
- Handling last-minute changes with professionalism, urgency, and a solutions-focused approach
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within private aviation, charter brokerage, or high-end travel/logistics is beneficial but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple live bookings simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and confidence working with multiple stakeholders
- A calm and solutions-focused approach in high-pressure situations
- High attention to detail, particularly around documentation and compliance
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and operationally demanding environment
Working Pattern:
This role operates on a shift-based rota: 4 days on / 4 days off, 12-hour shifts (6am – 6pm and 6pm – 6am on a rotating basis). There is flexibility for candidates who prefer to work permanent night shifts. This structure offers extended time off between rotations but requires flexibility and comfort working outside standard hours.
