Sponsorship Sales Executive/BDM/Manager

Location: Remote

Salary: Competitive basic DOE + Uncapped Commission (50% of annual salary)

Your task, to build trusted relationships with C Suite decision makers, within Enterprise business and sell consultative packages to ensure quality guaranteed meetings at each event hosted.

The Role:

You’ll be responsible for selling sponsorship opportunities across a portfolio of monthly B2B events. You’ll use proven outreach strategies, backed by the team’s support and training, to generate leads, pitch to prospects, and close deals, generating long term revenue and relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation via outreach tools and internal systems
  • Cold calling and email outreach to potential sponsors
  • Presenting and pitching sponsorship packages to senior decision-makers
  • Closing deals and managing sponsor relationships
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets

We’re Looking For:

  • Proven B2B sales experience – sponsorship sales experience minimum of 2 years+
  • Confident cold-caller and strong closer
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
  • Consultative sales approach, able to sell high-value deals and retain long-term relationships
  • Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
