As a Sales Director, you will step into a role with immediate impact, working a mix of inbound leads and proactive outbound business development, with the autonomy to build and grow your own book. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts while actively generating new business
- Handling inbound charter enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Proactively sourcing new clients through outbound outreach and relationship building
- Owning the full charter process from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up
- Sourcing suitable aircraft options and negotiating competitive charter rates
- Building long-term relationships with UHNW clients, corporates, operators, and suppliers
- Delivering consistently high levels of service across every charter booking
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise each opportunity and drive revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years proven experience as a private jet charter broker.
- Strong outbound sales capability and confidence generating business proactively
- A track record of converting both warm inbound leads and cold opportunities
- Commercially minded, motivated, and highly target-driven
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with high-value clients
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live enquiries
- UK or EU based and able to attend the office once per month
