The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact in the sales process, prospecting new business, engaging with potential clients, and booking high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team. Using outbound calls, emails, video, and social media, you’ll connect with decision-makers, build relationships, and play a vital role in supporting the company’s commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls and send targeted emails to engage prospects and secure appointments.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and social media platforms to identify and nurture potential leads.
  • Qualify and score leads, ensuring Account Executives receive strong opportunities.
  • Track prospecting activity and data accurately within the CRM.
  • Provide feedback to sales and marketing on lead quality, messaging, and market trends.
  • Trial new sales enablement tools and approaches to improve outreach success.
