ARK is recruiting on behalf of a growing B2B events organisation looking to appoint an Italian Speaking Senior Marketing Executive to support the promotion and delivery of an expanding events portfolio. This is a varied and hands-on opportunity suited to an organised and commercially aware marketer who enjoys working across campaigns, content, communications and digital marketing activity. Working closely with sales and event teams, you will help drive visibility, audience engagement and campaign performance across international events.
The Role
As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play an important role in supporting the delivery and promotion of a portfolio of B2B events. This is a broad, hands-on marketing position where no two days look the same. Working collaboratively across marketing, sales and events, you will support campaign delivery, audience engagement and event visibility while helping ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and updating website content
- Coordinating digital campaigns and communications
- Supporting social media planning and delivery
- Producing newsletters and email campaigns
- Managing marketing and exhibitor data
- Coordinating media partnerships and promotional activity
- Supporting delegate and audience acquisition activity
- Working across copy, digital, print and web content
- Supporting reporting and marketing analysis
- Coordinating with partners and stakeholders
- Supporting event delivery and attending events where required
Ideal Candidate
- Native or fluent Italian and strong English skills
- Experience across digital, content, communications or campaign delivery
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Excellent written communication and copy skills
- High attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
- Canva, WordPress or email marketing experience advantageous
