As a Senior Broker, you will step into a role with immediate impact, working a mix of inbound leads and proactive outbound business development, with the autonomy to build and grow your own book. This role suits someone who is hungry, commercially driven, and motivated by performance and earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing client accounts while actively generating new business
- Handling inbound charter enquiries and converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Proactively sourcing new clients through outbound outreach and relationship building
- Owning the full charter process from enquiry through to post-flight follow-up
- Sourcing suitable aircraft options and negotiating competitive charter rates
- Building long-term relationships with UHNW clients, corporates, operators, and suppliers
- Delivering consistently high levels of service across every charter booking
- Working closely with internal teams to maximise each opportunity and drive revenue
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a private jet charter broker or within aviation sales
- Strong outbound sales capability and confidence generating business proactively
- A track record of converting both warm inbound leads and cold opportunities
- Commercially minded, motivated, and highly target-driven
- Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with high-value clients
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple live enquiries
- German speaker, ideally native (essential)
- UK-based and able to attend the office once per month
