About the Company
An established and highly respected independent property business is looking to hire a Client Relationship Manager to join its growing New Homes team in Exeter.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody with estate agency experience with a background in either property administration, sales progression, customer service or property co-ordination.
Working closely with the Head of New Homes and wider team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the department, ensuring buyers, developers and internal stakeholders remain informed, organised and on track throughout the sales process.
The Role
This is a varied position combining client co-ordination, sales progression support, administration, reporting and operational support.
You will act as a central point of contact within the department, helping to manage buyer enquiries, maintain CRM accuracy, support marketing launches, co-ordinate sales activity and ensure clients receive a high level of service throughout their journey.
This role would suit somebody who enjoys structure, organisation and communication, whilst still wanting a position that offers variety and progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage new homes enquiries and buyer communication
- Support developers and clients with regular updates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales information
- Assist with sales progression and reservation administration
- Support marketing launches and development campaigns
- Co-ordinate brochures, photography, floorplans and portal listings
- Produce client reports and support departmental performance tracking
- Liaise with internal sales, marketing and administration teams
- Assist with open days, launches and client events
- Conduct market research and comparable property analysis
- Provide day-to-day support to the Head of New Homes and wider team
- Ensure a consistently high level of organisation across the department
What We're Looking For
- Experience within estate agency, property administration, sales progression, customer service or a similar property-related role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Professional and client-focused approach
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Full UK driving licence
Estate agency experience is strongly preferred. Experience in developer sales, property customer service or a similar property-related role would also be considered.
