Job Title: Events Marketing Executive
Location: Central London – Hybrid (Mondays & Fridays WFH)
Reports To: Marketing Manager
Travel: Expected 2–3 times per year internationally
The Role:
We are excited to be partnering with a globally recognised events organisation, to find a Marketing Executive to support their Life Sciences division.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a marketing professional with at least 2 years’ experience in events marketing to join a dynamic, fast-paced team and drive the growth of their international portfolio. You will focus on lead generation, data-driven campaigns, and audience engagement, while supporting high-quality events that serve an influential global life sciences community.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events.
- Drive lead generation through targeted content and audience strategies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure marketing efforts support commercial goals
- Manage campaign performance using email, social media, SEO, paid ads, and content syndication
- Segment and analyse audience data to personalise and optimise campaigns
- Work with external partners and stakeholders to co-promote events and increase visibility
- Create engaging content including newsletters, web copy, and social assets
- Track KPIs, report on campaign performance, and adapt strategies as needed
- Support international travel and on-site marketing during key events (approx. 2–3 times/year).
About You
- 2+ years\’ experience in B2B events marketing
- Proven success in generating leads through digital campaign execution
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills
- Comfortable using tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, or similar
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of the delegate sales funnel
- Experience working on life sciences or healthcare events is a strong plus
- Willingness to travel internationally for events
