Our client is a fast growing and ambitious events business with a proven track record of delivering high profile exhibitions across multiple sectors. As their portfolio continues to expand, they’re looking for a Sponsorship Sales Executive with junior level events experience to support revenue growth and help develop long term commercial partnerships. Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, approach, and convert new business prospects.
- Drive sales across exhibition stand space, sponsorship packages, and bespoke commercial opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets (including daily KPIs and monthly goals).
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to support ongoing business growth.
- Conduct client meetings, understanding business needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Manage long-term client relationships throughout the event lifecycle.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to maximise client ROI.
- Maintain accurate CRM data and support database growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to shape growth strategies and new features.
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in B2B Sales (Events, Media or Exhibitions).
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ambitious and new business-driven mindset, with a passion for growth and opportunity.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship builder with a consultative sales approach.
