About the Role:
This is a chance to join a growing aviation business at a pivotal stage, where your sales drive and client instincts will directly shape the charter division’s success. You will step into a desk that is already warm, supported by active accounts and a flow of inbound enquiries generated through significant investment in marketing and digital channels. This is not a start-from-scratch role; you’ll have business to work on from day one, yet you’ll still have the autonomy and earning potential that comes with developing your own book. You’ll play a hands-on role in every stage of the charter process, build strong relationships across the industry, and become a trusted partner to clients who expect exceptional service. For someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment, this is an opportunity to accelerate your career and make a genuine impact as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a balanced portfolio with an equal split between outbound business development and existing account management
- Responding to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital channels
- Conducting outbound cold calls to targeted prospects to build your personal book of business
- Providing tailored charter solutions and maintaining strong relationships with clients, operators and industry partners
- Sourcing suitable aircraft options that meet client needs, budgets and operational requirements
- Acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire charter process from initial enquiry to post flight communication
- Driving revenue growth through proactive outreach, follow ups and exceptional service
- Attending meetings, events and site visits when required
What We Are Looking For:
- A minimum of two years direct charter brokerage experience or relevant brokerage or sales experience
- Strong experience in cold calling and outbound sales
- A proven ability to convert warm and cold leads into charter bookings
- Excellent communication skills with confidence working with high value clients and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries at pace
- Comfort using CRMs and digital tools to manage a sales pipeline
- A resilient and self-motivated approach with a commitment to outstanding service
What Is on Offer:
- A base salary between £40,000 and £60,000 depending on experience
- Ten percent flat commission on all charter revenue generated
- A warm desk with several active accounts ready to be managed
- A high level of inbound enquiries from ongoing marketing investment
- Hybrid working with four office days and Fridays from home
- Long term progression opportunities within a growing aviation business
