Salary: £26k (rising post probation to £27k) + Bonus

They are now looking for a dedicated and empathetic Insurance Broker to join their team. You’ll be working with warm, inbound leads from customers who need expert guidance in finding the right insurance solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

Engaging with customers who have shown interest, ensuring they feel valued and supported.

Understanding individual needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.

Delivering outstanding customer service – ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience.

Keeping accurate records to maintain high service standards.

Collaborating with a friendly, supportive team to enhance customer satisfaction.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience in an office-based role – ideally customer service or internal sales or support.

Background in finance or insurance? Great, but not essential.

A confident communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people.

Someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys being part of a team.

A problem-solver who can offer reassurance and solutions to customers.
