As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Talent Consultant to join our Exeter team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Sourcing and engaging top talent across the events, sales and marketing industries
  • Building strong candidate relationships and talent pools
  • Managing candidates through the full recruitment journey
  • Supporting senior consultants on live roles
  • Writing adverts, headhunting, and leveraging our market leading Recruitment tools
  • Working towards weekly KPIs and targets

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Motivated, resilient, and target driven
  • Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment (ideal, not essential)
  • Positive attitude and team first mindset
