As we continue to scale, we’re hiring a Talent Consultant to join our Exeter team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building relationships, and working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sourcing and engaging top talent across the events, sales and marketing industries
- Building strong candidate relationships and talent pools
- Managing candidates through the full recruitment journey
- Supporting senior consultants on live roles
- Writing adverts, headhunting, and leveraging our market leading Recruitment tools
- Working towards weekly KPIs and targets
What we’re looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, resilient, and target driven
- Experience in sales, customer service or recruitment (ideal, not essential)
- Positive attitude and team first mindset
